ClearPath Privacy Policy
Effective June 24, 2026
Overview
This policy explains how Bluegrass Bits LLC handles information for the ClearPath mobile app and related support communications.
ClearPath may use Google AdMob for ads and RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration. If ClearPath data practices change, we will update this policy.
ClearPath is a puzzle game with an App Store 4+ age rating. Bluegrass Bits does not create user accounts in ClearPath and does not intentionally collect puzzle progress, gameplay history, or other gameplay analytics through Bluegrass Bits-operated systems.
Information We Collect Or Process
- Support information: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include.
- Gameplay information: ClearPath does not ask for your name, email address, birthdate, contacts, photos, precise location, or account registration details in the app. Puzzle progress or preferences may be stored locally on your device and are not sent to Bluegrass Bits unless you choose to include them in a support request.
- Purchase information: app stores and RevenueCat may process purchase status, product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, Apple receipt data, Google purchase tokens, device type, operating system, app user identifiers, and limited service events needed to manage purchases and restore entitlements.
- Advertising information: Google AdMob may collect or share data such as IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers, account identifiers, advertising IDs, approximate location inferred from IP address, and limited SDK interaction signals used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Bluegrass Bits does not receive your full payment card number from Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve ClearPath.
- To manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and restoration.
- To show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and app-store requirements.
Ads
ClearPath may show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and Google configuration, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can manage ad tracking and personalization choices through your device settings, such as iOS tracking permissions or Android advertising ID controls. Some regions may also receive an in-app consent prompt.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, manage subscription or entitlement status, and restore purchases across installs or devices where supported.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers and platform partners to operate ClearPath, including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Advertising data processed through AdMob may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, depending on your region and settings.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, security, purchase validation, legal compliance, and app-store requirements. Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies and our agreements with them.
Children
ClearPath has an App Store 4+ age rating because its puzzle content is intended to be appropriate for a broad audience. That rating does not mean that Bluegrass Bits asks children to provide personal information. ClearPath does not include account registration, chat, user-generated content, or requests for a child's name, email address, birthdate, contacts, photos, or precise location.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through Bluegrass Bits-operated systems. ClearPath may include third-party SDKs for ads and in-app purchases, so parents or guardians who have questions about a child's use of ClearPath can contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without any required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information. You may also have the right to object to or opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising.
To make a request, contact us at hello@bluegrassbits.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.
